Supervised Ministry Guides and Forms

Code of Ethics for Supervised Ministry: Prior to the beginning of any internship, the supervisor and intern both agree to abide by this faculty-approvedcode of ethics.

Administrative Covenant: Once a student and congregation are approved to serve together, the Administrative Covenant is used to define responsibilities, compensation, lines of authority and other administrative agreements.

Learning Covenant: Developed in the first two weeks of the internship, the Learning Covenant is used to clarify the intern's learning goals and pastoral activities, as well as a plan for supervision.

Evaluation of Supervised Ministry: At the completion of an internship, the Supervising Pastor completes and submits this assessment of the intern's work in the Teaching Congregation.
