SM510 Basic Internship in Specialized Ministry
An internship that helps students gain experience for ministry and work in a specialized setting in a congregation or agency. The student will work with a Supervisor to develop skills, insights, and knowledge needed for effectiveness in the particular form of ministry/work to be engaged. Specialized ministries include: youth ministry, public ministry, non-profit agency, criminal justice, campus ministry, camp and conference ministry, educational institution, etc.
This course may be taken for 400 hours, 6 credits (Summer, or fall/spring semester concurrently); or for 200 hours, 3 credits.
