Learning Covenant: Developed in the first two weeks of the internship, the Learning Covenant is used to clarify the intern's learning goals and pastoral activities, as well as a plan for supervision.

Evaluation of Supervised Ministry: At the completion of an internship, the Supervising Pastor completes and submits this assessment of the intern's work in the Teaching Congregation.
