P635 Family Systems in the Congregation
Explores the dynamics at work in family systems theory application for life in congregations and related contexts. Explores the student’s own family of origin to discern implications for the systematic dynamics of the congregation, and the person as pastor. Implications for leadership, vocational, spiritual, and physical health are explored. Prerequisites: at least two of the following: SM210, P232, one unit of CPE, or experience in the congregation as an ordained minister.
