Workshop Explores Leading Church in Change, November 16-17
Decatur, GA.—“Leading the Church in Change,” will be offered on the campus of Columbia Theological Seminary, Decatur, GA, November 16-17. Participants in this workshop will learn effective strategies and skills for understanding and leading congregational change, managing conflict, working for congregational change within the Presbyterian church, and applying insights for effective and healthy change in specific congregational situations using case studies from the experiences of the leaders and the participants. Columbia faculty members leading the event include Dent Davis, vice president and dean of Lifelong Learning; David Forney, associate dean of the faculty; and Cam Murchison, dean of the faculty, executive vice-president, and professor of ministry.
