Student Placement Information Available on Seminary Web Site
Decatur, GA.— Columbia Theological Seminary’s Web site offers the names and profiles of “Candidates Seeking a Call” (CSC) to ministry in the Presbyterian Church (USA). This information includes both recent graduates and students who will graduate from Columbia in the spring of 2007. These CSC profiles list the skills, backgrounds, and specific ministry interests of these potential church leaders. Pastor search committees may view the names and profiles by going to the home page of the seminary Web site (www.CTSnet.edu) and clicking on the bottom link (“Placement Service for Seniors, Recent Grads”) of the items listed under What’s New. Many of the graduates and students whose names appear on this list have been granted permission by their presbyteries or supervisory ecclesiastical bodies to circulate Personal Information Forms (PIFs) and to interview for ordainable positions. This group is designated by an asterisk next to their names. You may obtain copies of their PIFs by contacting them directly or by calling Judy Graves, the administrative assistant in the Office of Student Life, at 404 687-4523. Columbia Theological Seminary, located in Decatur, Georgia, was established in 1828 and is one of 10 theological institutions of the Presbyterian Church (USA).
