Lay Leader Training Program Courses Begin in January 2008

Decatur, GA—Columbia Theological Seminary’s Center for Lifelong Learning will offer courses for missional leaders of immigrant new church developments beginning in January 2008. Called the Lay Leader Training Program (LLTP), the courses are available in three tracks —Spanish, Portuguese, and English. The program includes ten courses which lead to Commissioned Lay Pastor certification. Course work covers such topics as Reformed theology, history and polity, worship and the sacraments, Bible, evangelism, and church development and leadership.
