Columbia Theological Seminary Graduation Events Are May 14-15

Decatur, GA—Columbia Theological Seminary’s 2010 baccalaureate service will be at 7:30 p.m., Friday, May 14, at Columbia Presbyterian Church, adjacent to the seminary. The Rev. Dr. Mark Lomax, pastor of First Afrikan Church, Lithonia, GA, will preach the baccalaureate sermon. Commencement is at 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 15, at Peachtree Presbyterian Church, in Atlanta. Degrees will be conferred in five degree programs: Master of Divinity, Master of Arts (Theological Studies), Master of Theology, Doctor of Theology, Doctor of Educational Ministry, and Doctor of Ministry. Recipients of awards and fellowships will be announced during the commencement service.

Columbia Theological Seminary, located in Decatur, GA, was established in 1828 and is one of 10 theological institutions of the Presbyterian Church (USA).
