@ this point The faculty has released a new issue of its free online journal, @ this point: theological investigations in church and culture. This issue, which includes a video component, is titled “The Seductiveness of the Familiar.” Contributors focus on how our desire to live a faithful life often conflicts with the family structures and culture in which we live. Viewers can see and hear Professor Emeritus Erskine Clarke introduce the topic. Video clips also show selected viewers responding to questions about the topic. Lesson plans continue to be provided for adult class use. Developed with church members in mind and published twice a year, @ this point is free and available only online at www.atthispoint.net. All the content can be downloaded and reproduced without charge. Sign up for our e-mailing list so that we can notify you about new issues and announcements. Each issue of @ this point focuses on a particular topic from the perspective of a variety of theological disciplines and includes a lead article, response articles, and teaching resources to guide further discussion.
