Come spend
a weekend immersed in the community of Columbia Theological Seminary.
You’ll be able to talk with students and faculty, sit in on
a class, get detailed information about Columbia’s curriculum,
financial aid, and housing. This is also a great opportunity to
consider your own sense of call to ministry. Whether you are in
college or you are considering a career change, you are invited
to be a part of a Columbia Conference on Ministry. Your spouse or
guest is also most welcome.
Cost
There is no charge for the conference. A deposit of $20 is required
to confirm your registration. This is refunded to you when you arrive
at the conference. You need to provide only your transportation
to and from campus.
Lodging
A limited number of rooms are available on campus for Thursday night
and must be reserved in advance with the Admissions office. We are

More about Columbia
Columbia is a theological institution of the Presbyterian Church
(USA). The campus is situated on a spacious, wooded site in Decatur,
Georgia, only six miles from the heart of Atlanta, the state capital
of Georgia, and the economic hub of the Southeast. This area offers
students a rich variety of cultural, artistic, intellectual, and
sports opportunities. This setting also provides a wide range of
options for supervised ministry and clinical pastoral education.
With a faculty composed of men and women of academic excellence,
pastoral concern, and wide ecclesiastical experience, Columbia prepares
students for positions of leadership and service in the worldwide
church. Columbia makes the resources of metropolitan Atlanta’s
educational institutions available to its students through its memberships
in the Atlanta Theological Association and the Atlanta Regional
Consortium for Higher Education. A renowned international program
enhances the ability of Columbia graduates to minister effectively
in a shrinking world. In the context of a caring community, Columbia
seeks to educate men and women for the ordained ministry and other
forms of Christian service through its six degree programs.
