Dr. William Yoo is Associate Professor of American Religious and Cultural History at Columbia Theological Seminary. A gifted teacher, preacher, and scholar, Dr. Yoo has devoted his career to exploring the intersections of faith, history, and justice. His work includes publications on African American and Asian American Christianity as well as Presbyterian history. In his latest book, Dr. Yoo examines the historical connections between settler colonialism, slavery, and the development of American Christianity, offering vital insights into the enduring legacy of racism within the church.
