Ministering to Ministers

We provide tangible support for ministers and churches to establish a good beginning and work through change and manage transitions in relationships and crises, including those occasions when ministers and churches go their separate ways. We help clergy with these transitions and offer guidance and referrals to ministers and churches.

As a pastor or ministry professional, you have a calling to minister, teach, and serve your church and community in times of difficulty stress, and crisis.

But what happens when you are struggling with challenges in your personal or professional life? What do you do when you are involuntarily separated from your church, livelihood, community, home, and your sense of “call” and direction?

Don’t wait until the full impact of polarizing church conflict or the devastation of a forced termination to contact Ministering to Ministers. We offer resources to help clergy facing turmoil to find healthy resolutions, whether it’s staying in their present ministry position or making a healthy transition.

• Have you been approached by a group in your church who asked you to resign?

• Are you in the midst of congregational conflict that may lead to your forced termination?

• Do you feel like just quitting?

• Have you already resigned against your better judgement or been terminated from your ministry position? Was it years ago or more recently?

If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, give us a call or send us an email.
We know these crises intimately and are prepared to help ministers negotiate their way through what is happening or has happened.

Allow us to help you build a temporary bridge to your future. We invite you to attend the Healthy Wellness Retreat, where ministers and spouses can share their stories, discover fellow pilgrims, and find hope for the road ahead.
