An examination of what it means to lead with resilience, moral imagination, creativity, vision,and character in the church today. Draws upon students` life experiences, seminary studies,and location within the life of the church, integrating these resources to apply them to an understanding of issues facing the church. Utilizes a creative case study methodology and requires students to work as ministry colleagues.
