Theological, social science, and practical ministry perspectives are examined to strengthen the praxis of pastoral leadership in relationship to African-Americans. The course is intended not only for persons who are pastoral leaders in the Black Church, but for all who desire their pastoral leadership to be enriched by a deeper understanding of the Black Church in the African-American experience.
