A part-time internship designed for M.Div. students serving as pulpit supplies or part-time pastors of small congregations. Seminars for theological and practical reflection focus on students` work in the ministry context. Explores the dynamics of small congregations in relation to pastoral responsibilities. For students who can take only one unit, the fall term is recommended. Prerequisites: SM210 and permission of the Director of Contextual Education.
