Located on our green 57-acre campus, Columbia is blessed with the space and resources to provide housing accommodations for all our master’s students for the duration of their degree programs. Our on-campus student housing consists of dormitories and apartments, several of which can be furnished at an additional cost.

In 2020, Columbia honored Dr. Marcia Riggs for her contributions to the seminary and her work in preparing students for the diverse world they will serve by naming a campus residence hall Marcia Riggs Commons.
Marcia Riggs Commons is a residence building with green facility designed and constructed to achieve LEED certification. In addition to a variety of room styles, the building also has a communal kitchen, a fitness center, free laundry, an outdoor patio and grill, an elevator, and a recreation space open to all students.
A studio includes a kitchenette and bathroom. Students can request a studio furnished with traditional dorm furniture.
The one bedroom includes a living room and bathroom. Students can select a apartments with either a kitchen or kitchenette.
The two bedroom includes a living room, kitchen, and bathroom. Up to two students can live together in this apartment.
The four bedroom includes a living room and spacious kitchen. Up to four students can live together in this apartment, each with their own bedroom and bathroom.
Sitting at the edge of campus across from our soccer field and community garden, the Village Apartments consist of single-family units. These range from two to four bedroom apartments, ideal for students with large families.
The two bedroom includes a full kitchen, a living room, and one bathroom.
The three bedroom includes a full kitchen, dining room, living room, patio, and two bathrooms.
The four bedroom is split between two floors and includes a full kitchen, dining room, patio, laundry, living room, and two bathrooms.
Named after the Florida Presbytery, Florida Hall offers a variety of housing options to accommodate small families and single students.
The single units include a bedroom, bathroom, and closet. Students can request a furnished unit.
The efficiency unit includes a bedroom, living room, small kitchen, and bathroom. Students can opt for units with or without an exterior entrance.
