The demographics of North America are changing rapidly and much of this change is being driven by the largest and most diverse immigration to North America ever. Despite the changes it is still true that less than 10% of all churches in North America are integrated in any way. Should the Church be content with maintaining homogeneous congregations? And, if not, how can we begin to build intentionally multiethnic ministries and congregations in a very complex, religiously pluralistic, and culturally diverse environment? This seminar-style course will explore the particularities of a number of ethnic communities, try to understand the complexities of multiethnic ministry, and explore a variety of intentionally multiethnic churches around the country.
