This course will explore the often-unseen congregational dynamics that affect the life of a congregation. Special attention will be given to the nature of congregations as a particular model of the Church. This course is part of the Presbytery of Wabash Valley Ruling Elder program, open to members of that presbytery and others upon approval by the presbytery.
