Explores the mandate of “creation care” in the Bible within the ecological context of greater Atlanta, with a particular focus on issues of sustainability and renewal.  Participants will gain greater awareness of their ecological contexts, both global and local, and explore ways of addressing them theologically and pastorally.  Two critical questions will be addressed throughout the course:  1) Who are we in relation to creation?  2) As leaders, what can we do to encourage sustainable forms of “beloved community” for the sake of the biotic community?
