Argues that internal and intra-personal conflicts are central to ministry and the work of the gospel; defines conflict (biblically, theologically, and sociologically) and considers how conflict is practiced individually, between individuals and groups, and within local congregations in North America. Students will develop critical management styles that are context dependent and will use conflict theory and case studies to explore areas of church life that are regularly conflicted.
