The practices of our grandparents’ church will no longer reach people. The church is no longer at the center of our culture, leaving many untouched by the gospel. In this seminar, we will examine the practices that lead us out of our church buildings to be the body of Christ in the world. How do we form ourselves for the mission Jesus gives us? The Spirit of Jesus brings transformation. We will explore the ways in which the Holy Spirit breathes life into the church, for growing disciples, reaching people, and relieving suffering.
